    Found it!

For heavy metal Monday, wearing this gmt on leather.

Because the bracelet which came with this watch is just a little too heavy.

Ahh, another "noon at the top" guy. Looks great!

I have a plan in my head to build a 24-hr 3-hander with noon at the top. So far it's just a plan.

I do make them for people, and usually they get to pick what style head they want if I can find it, what style handle they want me to carve them, and what colors and patterns I use to finish it. It's a pretty gratifying process, similar to taking a watch like an 8926ob and turning it into something special.
Love the handle! I have some trans-tint dyes I bought to make some furniture for my kids a long time ago (you can really make bland ikea wood POP with that stuff) and have not used for very many projects since then.

Hmmmm...maybe I need to get out some sandpaper and try something out! I have a very small sledge that I have to repair the handle on anyway...

    Happy Monday, fellow squaddies!

Episode 33! Holy $&!?. I don't think I've posted since 5 or 6 (about the time the BSH anchor was created). Went cold turkey for a while but have started browsing the board again for no apparent reason ;)
I've been happy with my Trinity for a long time but that could change. Lots more choices now.
Anyway, peace and love sub trekkers.

I say go for it! Blank handles are cheap so if you mess it up just get another. Took me a few tries when I first started to get the process down. The gel stains are fantastic for greens and blues, you still get to see the grain shine through which is my favorite part.

Scored the black mesh here over the weekend, and presenting it to y’all for some black metal Monday action. It really ended up working out because it was one with removable links which aesthetically isn’t the most pleasing but my weenie wrist allowed for fully removing them so it looks sleek. Also bonus on that because have you ever cut mesh links by hand? That .... sucks.

It’s a gloomy cold day here, and I’ll spare the blasphemous corpsepaint stuff and go for the atmospheric sad vibes instead.
