    Eta F07.111

    Hello,
Can you tell me if the F07.111 Eol movement from ETA is reliable, because in my price range I see several models with this caliber, including a Certina Ds Rookie

Sort of. Read this article first. Tick Talk » What’s in your watch?
Downside is, they aren't the best quartz movement. Upside is, it will cost you $20 to replace the movement.

This is a total scam when prestegious so called "quality" brands allow themselves to fool customers.

Basically, some companies (like Tag Heuer) sell watches with $1K+ price tag but has $20 movement. For an watch enthusiast, it would be like a buying BMW with 1200cc VW engine inside it.

But if you really like that watch, don't let this fact stop you from buying it. If you take proper care, it should last years to come.

In conclusion I shouldn't really worry, the watch was only 210 USD and for that money there weren't a variety of options. I understand that for the price tag of Jsasr and F1 is outrageous but for a 200 $ Certina is not such a major problem. Thx for your answers.
