    Re: Invicta Diver Pro

    That is a GREAT deal....IF you're looking for a Submariner homage. ;)

I had an 8926OB, and it was a good watch. Looked a LOT more expensive than it was. But it had an NH35 movement, not a 4R36. I think 4R36 is a higher class of movement, right?

Are you sure about the movement? Maybe that's what makes it "professional"

    I think I paid $80.

From what i can tell, 4R36 and NH35A they are the same movement, just different name for use in non-Seiko watches.

Hi Smaug! You may be thinking of the difference between the 4R36 and the 7S36. The 4R36 (NH36) is considered a step up from the 7S26 because of it's hacking feature and it is hand-windable.

This is correct. Technically the 4R36 and the NH36 are the same. The 4R35 and the NH35 are the same, and so on. More information here: Seiko Caliber NHxx Variation Differences

Was the bezel insert replaced? Looks better with the bigger numbers imo.

I picked one of these up also why so cheap, same as 8926 but different bezel cant beat the price.

I got -4s in the last 24 hours. Not shabby (though my Hamilton is getting -4s per week).

The rotating bezel is very hard to turn. Will it just need to be broken in?

Very nice. I think they're very hard to beat (for the same money or less) if you get them at the deal price like you did.
