Recommend a watch for my mum

I'm thinking of getting a watch for my mother. She typically wears small diver style Casios ($30-50 range). I'd like to get her something just a bit nicer. Sure would appreciate some suggestions based on:

    - Not too large or too thick (I'd like to stay at 11mm or under)
    - Just a bit of bling, she likes a touch of silver and gold, not too much though
    - I need to stay at $100 or under
    - closer to a diver would be good, in other words leaning away from strictly dressy

I tired to find a small Seiko diver but didn't turn anything up. Any brand that is decent would do though.

    Thanks.

My wife usually wears a small Seiko 5 automatic. It is a dress watch style and was well under $100.00 (I think around $70.00). She loves the watch, it is accurate and has held up well.

This is a great watch...........the Seiko "Rolex: look. They have been making it for 30 years. It is attractive and solid as a rock. This site lists it for $129, but I'm sure it can be had for less with a little searching.

Here it is in an automatic from Overstock at $110:

And last, but not least, check this out at $80:
