    Are Victorinox watches actually Swiss?

I have heard that they are assembled in Asia and use Asian parts.

Pretty sure they wouldn't be allowed to put Swiss made on the dial if they weren't. It's not like they aren't a reputable company.

X>=50% if it says Swiss Made. Look at the dial, they would definitely put it on, if it is.

The number of people who take the swiss made label literal in the non high end swiss brand market is too high. Even Moser is making fun of them...

51% Swiss, same as any other Swiss brand.

Any corporation's goal is to be as profitable as possible, while remaining within the applicable laws. The applicable law is at least 51% of the production cost being attributed to Switzerland.

They make solid watches at good prices, but yes, a chunk of your money will be going to China.

I have some potentially upsetting news for you...

Swiss Cheese is actually an American creation. And American cheese isn't technically cheese at all.
