    Jay Baxter skeleton

Does this watch has a SeaGull movement?...or it's another "mushroom" brand with a cheap movement inside?

That is a Tongji movement. I've no idea which factory. It was not made by Sea-Gull. The engravings and bright red 'jewels' are actually the dial, not the movement.

There is just enough detail showing through (balance wheel, setting mechanism), and I was alerted by that general style of watch (used by various mushroom brands) which typically uses a Tongji skeleton.
