    Fascinating. Never knew. What’s interesting is how ahead of the curve was Mido in 1959 on sealing (air tight monocoque), depth (300m), technical integration (dive table on dial), and color (rainbow).

    I always associate DOXA with the no deco register but Mido beat them (in different form) six years prior. In pretty brilliant fashion. Mido also recognized the relative importance of the minutes hand and employed a “dwarf” hours...although not as distinct as the SUB 300.

    Who here smells a reissue?
