Diver similar to new Blancpain Bathyscaphe

Dear all, it's been nice to learn lots of stuff in this forum for the past months. Finally posting to inquire on watches similar to the 2013 Blancpain bathyscaphe. I really really like this watch: I find it so vintage yet modern at the same time due to the minimalist look. I think part of the appeal for me it's also in the narrow bezel and that the watch is dressier for a dive watch. I can't afford this one now or in the future so I'm looking for similar design. Quite like the current Tissot Seastar 1000 and I'm open for suggestions. Can also be quartz or even fashion brands...Name: blancpain_image.3324398.jpg

What do you think about some Tissot models? The same retro stile and quite afforadable...Unforunately they are not divers.

I have to say that this is one that I'm sorry I wasn't ever able to track down.

I see some nice sugestions. Did not know about the Certina, only the Action Diver that is too Sub-like. The DS First is sweet. The Crepas is astonishing, did not know about it too. I set my eyes on the Tissot Seastar 1000. It has some of the vintage vibe from the large dial to bezel ratio. And it's quite affordable, only don't like the bracelet but could be nice on a sailcloth. It has some clownish hands though.

Another to consider, the Citizen Excalibur, great value and might get some of the minimalist look on the proper strap.

It's a lot like a Mido Multifort but with a bezel.
