    I own too many H2O watches, dates are perfect on all of them.

    I've owned 6 watches from Clemens and they were all top quality, and none had the date problem.

    So what is H2O return policy like. As in has anyone had the need to exercise it and what the experience like?

    Not a solution. Would like a date function. Actually use it allot.

    Just tell Clemens in your comments to purchase to be SURE no teeny, weenie semblance of an extra black number can be seen when you tip the watch up from the 6 o’clock position or you will return it. That’ll get his attention

    As a 1-man operation, I’m sure he would see to it that all is adjusted correctly.

    I have 3 H2O watches, two with dates, one without. No issue what-so-ever with the date window like that.

    I’ve never had a problem with the date not changing precisely. If this had happened to me I would contact Clemens.

    It's good to hear that this seems like an anomaly.

    On the ordering front, going through the website, I don't see an option to have a white date wheel instead of the black. Is this that a comment thing, is there an option i'm not seen or does it default to white?

    I would ask Clemens from H2O this question directly. All H2Os have some level of customization (usually many levels of customization) the Orca bronze for example does allow you to choose a black or white date wheel. Clemens will be able to answer directly which movements on which watches offer that option if its not listed in the configurator online. Calling him usually works best, but when he's not busy he will return emails quickly.... when he's busy email reply is slow.
