ill see how i fix such thing, maybe removing some of the thickness of the lower part of the case and add it to the case upper part to make a room for the crystal. tell me what you think about it. also if you have other notes on other features, let me know.
I think having the lume block numbers on the rehaut was the unique feature of your design, so I'd stick with that. But you may want to consider adjusting the proportions or the angle of the surface so that, as mentioned, you have enough space to actually fit your crystal, especially if you are targeting a certain real life overall thickness.
You should be able to get away with a thinner case depth by using a double-domed crystal, though.

Place the numerals in a block
with hours at the top
and minutes facing the mirror bezel
Play with the tilt and curvature of the mirror
to get the effect.
