Does anyone know the name of this type of bezel?

I’ve recently become infatuated with the Oris Big Crown Date Pointer. I particular like the bezel, which I’ve seen on other watches such as Fliegers. It looks like a coil. Does anyone know? Thanks.

Orient Bambino, Seiko Prospex Solar PADI, Baum & Mercier Capeland Chronograph, Vintage Omega (1947, birth year), Seiko Alpinist (green), Glycine Airman, others

When I asked a similar question in the general section, a poster said that sort of bezel is still considered a "coin edge bezel".
