Archimede News: Soon to be released - Archimede Outdoor Red Seconds hand

Archimede decided to add some red color splash to their Outdoor model. Here‘s a pic taken today in Pforzheim. The watch comes with a leather strap with red stitching. Watch will be added to their web site soon.

Looks good. Seconds hand stands out, which is a Good Thing for a watch like this, IMO.
And it is also said, "go not to the Elves for counsel, for they will say no and yes."

I don't think it works. Part of the legibility during my time with it was the eye was never prone to being distracted by a simple and high contrast color palate.

Agree. Too much red. That strap especially really detracts. The whole thing just looks too busy and unresolved now.

I like it. I wouldn’t wear it on that strap (to much red) but I think it looks nice.

I like the second hand but agree that the strap is too much. Still not sure how I feel about the case... Seems like a pain to switch straps.

I didn't find it too bothersome. No harder than a bracelet.

Well, yeah, I don't like the strap, but who cares? Strap swap is easy, and you're probably not setting aside a big chunk of the base value, not on something like this. I expect it's a solid, good-quality strap but not precisely a Camille Fournet or ABP.

Strap swap's easy. Of course I do it all the time, so I have practice. :)

Changing straps is as easy as with any other watch using spring bars.
