    Some additional info I got from Michael Gschrey:

    „Already at a young age the interest for mechanical watches was awakened with my brother and me. Our grandfather, who began his apprenticeship as a watchmaker in Pforzheim at the age of 14 in 1940, triggered this passion many years later.

    With the years, the accumulated knowledge and the dream to build up a watch brand of our own, the company MIGMA was born.

    As you may already have noticed, the company‘s name MIGMA is composed as follows:

    Michael -> MI
    Gschrey -> G
    Marcus -> MA

    Today, a watch aker was added to our team. We two, being the founders and the nucleus of our brand , continue to lend a hand and assemble watches, discuss and design our models. Our motto is to combine modern designs and colors in a mechanical watch.

    With our watches, the focus is on quality. following this principle we select our suppliers and partners. Many of our parts are manufactured in the area of Pforzheim or Southern Germany. In addition, we use global manufacturers to offer our customers the best product possible. Regarding the movements we use, we rely on Swiss quality from ETA.

    Currently we are working on a 925 sterling silver dial which will be hand engraved. Furthermore, an aviator model will be added to our portfolio in the next few months.“

    I will keep you updated.
    Kind regards
    Mike

    Yes, the logo has some retro-German charm, we had a very old German mechanical alarm clock with similar logo.
