Any chance of a Sub Steel DA36 style?

Maybe with the bump in WR like the DS30. :) Love the proportions of the DA36 with the day/date display, but that Sub steel sings to me. Anyone else?

I do not see it. Konrad never ever mentioned something similar to what you described here. A DSub4 is in the make.

That’s a shame. A 40mm diver would be a huge hit and would be a serious competitor to the U1. 43mm in 2019 is just too big in my opinion.

Small correction, the DSub case is 43mm, the bezel however is 44,2. The U1 is 44mm in diameter, 22mm lug width, height 14,7mm. The Damasko DSub series is quite a serious competitor, imho.

There was a thread a while back - not sure if it was on here or reddit but it was basically asking what the perfect Sinn would be and there were countless people wishing for a smaller U1 and that the 37mm U200 they had was weirdly proportioned. I’m just saying if they just tweaked the DA4x series a bit to be more of a diver it would be a huge success. Just look at the popularity of the DS30...people want smaller watches.

I like the DA36 for a field-style watch, and the 40mm size is about the upper limit for a field watch. Nicely proportioned too, I think the Sub Steel offering, like the slightly smaller 39mm offering would be a cool addition. I may still get one and have it cerakoted so the type of steel might not be an issue

Konrad told me it will have a black dial. If there is already a prototype, he did not show me.
