Most affordable COSC certified quartz watch?

What is the most affordable (i.e. absolute cheapest) COSC certified quartz watch on the market?

i.e. still in production or at least available to buy new

This Tissot is $189. SS bracelet version is $10 more. F06.411 movement.

Yeah, you're not gonna beat that, long as they have them. It's a discounted price because the certified PR 100's have been dropped from Tissot's lineup, or at least don't show on their web site, and haven't for some time now. (Which may mean you'll need a battery change sooner rather than later, but heck for that price, who cares.)

Other than that: Certina's various models. Same movement, or possibly its slightly larger brother, also Swatch Group.

Is there any difference between the Tissot PR100 Chronometer and the "regular" PR100? They seem to have the same movement.

Not the same movement. The regular PR 100 quartz uses the F06.111; the COSC version uses the F06.411. The latter is a PreciDrive movement.

Strangely, they also show a titanium PR 100, which has the 955.112. Older model? But the F-series movements have been out for a while. I dunno.
