Changing strap on Promaster Diver bn0150-28e

Looking at the back, the straps are so tight against the lugs that there is no visible part of the spring bars. Before I go hacking away and seriously scratching everything, anyone have a good way to swap straps... Safely?

    The watch is model BN0150-28E

Didn't you just post this a couple days ago?
Get yourself a spring bar tool. Or use a small knife or exacto blade. Use your finger nail or something to pull the end of the strap back just enough to get the end of the tool in between it and the lug. It's easier than you think.
