    Citizen Eco Drive issue

I've had to send my watch back now for the second time due to resetting issues. The first time I sent the watch in, it would randomly reset to a time 4 hrs ahead. I would do a manual reset and then bam a couple of hours later the hands would be moving and reset to a different time. I sent it to Citizen and they"fixed" it. No explanation on what they did, but it seemed to be working again and had no issues. Now for the last week or so the watch has been resetting numerous times a day each time doing a reset and going back to the correct time and date, but not the correct day. Anyone else having this issue or a similar one?

Since I had no replies, I assume I am the only one with this issue.? As a follow up, the repair dept has to replace the complete inner movement eco drive parts... basically the whole guts of the watch. Parts are on back order <sigh>. BUT at least its still FREE under warranty.

I've never heard of this issue. I have 5 RC Citizens. The parts on back-order may well indicate that there was a "spill" and there are many of these defective.
Thank you, I'm flattered, but, please don't click any "Likes" for me (unless there's a prize for "most likes")?
