Finally did it!! Now need help setting my 9010-52E.

Hey guys...Due to an incredibly wonderful wife and kids, I have acquired a Citizen watch. It's the World Time A-T 9010-52E - and it looks wonderful (pics to follow later)
Not having an engineering degree, I'm finding it difficult to set the primary time.
I didn't get a radio signal last night (as the indicator says NO), so have done a All-Reset, just to get everything zeroed so I can set it to the proper time. When prompted, I put the second hand to the appropriate time zone..and watch the hands spin. It's 10:24 AM here...but the watch indicates 7:10PM. Am I doing anything wrong?

Crisis averted! After several attempts, I managed to manually get a signal and the watch reset to the proper time. I'm just pecking away at some other settings for the perpetual calendar and stuff. Gotta use a magnifying glass here...that writing BE SMALL!!

The setting procedure continues - only one annoyance so far. My day of the week indicator is not squarely on the M,T,W,T or F - it's sorta between each. Can this somehow be reset so that it's bang-on the correct day? Would a total reset maybe get it back on the mark? Or ask for a new watch?
But hey, thanks for all the replies.

There's a section in the manual about "setting the reference position." Try going through that. What it does is make sure the hands are pointing in the direction that the watch thinks they are. Make sure to be very careful to do each step correctly or you'll be doing it again. I got pretty familiar with the operation on my watch after the 3rd attempt. ;0

Thanks, garblador - I'm pretty sure I've done that already...but I might give it another try.
I'm going back to the authorized dealer in the next day or two, so maybe I'll see if they can make a phone call - or even swap this watch for the other one that's there.

Garublador - Customer service took the watch for 15 minutes, reset everything - works perfectly now. Thanks for making me stick with the reset. I can breathe now.

Nice. I'm glad to hear it. I have a similar watch with the E650 movement and I love it. Never having to worry about whether or not your watch is off is pretty convenient.
