SMT, STD - what should it be on?

Hi, guys...have a EcoDrive with an H820 movement.
Just wondering, if I want the watch to automatically go back and forth between "summertime" and "standard time" - which of the four available modes should it be set to? Am I correct in assuming it should be STD-AU, the icon on the bottom left?
So when it receives the signal from Fort Collins, it will automatically go back and forth that one blasted hour either way?
Receiving the signal at my location seems spotty at times, and it didn't update this morning when we went forward an hour. I can move it forward, I suppose, by manually setting it - and then should I reset it to the STD-AU setting so it should catch it in the fall?
    thanks.

I put both auto and it adjusted automatically yesterday.
BTW, I live at Toronto, Canada.

Thanks. I had to wait a day or so until I finally connected with the signal...but it did eventually fast forward that "spring-ahead" hour. STD-AU seems to work fine.
