Yes, writings on the picture are all correct russian language.

The only strange is putting both "TechnoChas" and "Elektronika", I don't get the meaning of both.
TechnoChas is the name of watch vendor (and maybe a trademark). Elektronika is what then? Trademark? Name of the watch?
Why put "Elektronica" on both face and back?

That's a question of design and copyright, that I just don't undestand, but I'm O'k with that.

So after 17 pages of discussion, we've circled back around to the original design for the case back. Sounds about right.

I'm guessing still no word on the print resolution for the dial? That seems to be the last sticking point.

:) I still do vote for a word СТАЛЬНЫЕ
    Maybe instead of
    ТЕХНОЧАС
    ЭЛЕКТРОНИКА

    write
    ЭЛЕКТРОНИКА
    СТАЛЬНЫЕ

    or
    ТЕХНОЧАС
    СТАЛЬНЫЕ

    Maybe instead of
    Модуль ЧН-55
    write
    Электроника 55
And istead of ТЕХНОЧАС ЭЛЕКТРОНИКА in the center write СТАЛЬНЫЕ

There's a lot of playing with wording.

I like using one word rather than many. It is descriptive and and minimizes the use of very limited space.

    Hi all,

I just came across this project and wondered whether it's still open to new people to join?

I haven't had a chance to read through all the details yet as I'm at work at the moment but just wanted to see if it's worth reading into if I am able to join in.

Yet russian and belorussian are both "state official" languages in Belarus, when I've been there a week ago, all street signs are belorussian (which I as being russian native, don't understand, except simplest). All "official" texting is belorussian (for example -- instructions for parking payment are belorussian and english, so I did read english).
It would be even more fun to print everything in belorussian. But that will not comprize soviet nostalgia of Electronikas, of course.
It's a bit strange. I am from Moscow, born and studied there, but now i'm working for a few years in Belarus, and i've NEVER seen any documents (legal or technical) in Belarussian. And i've never met people who speaks belorussian between each other. May be only few special belorussian words in normal Russian speech. But of course it is studied at schools. So the only real usage of this language is street signs and stop announcements in public transport. On the other side, i've never studied Belorussian or Ukranian, but understand this languages well

"Стальные", "Сталь", "Стальной корпус" is grammatically correct, but in soviet/russian watchmaking traditional is collocation "НЕРЖАВЕЮЩАЯ СТАЛЬ" (stainless steel). Honestly, i don't know is it a GOST or OST standard or simply tradition, but for me, working in this industry, other words looks strange.

By the way, "Электроника" ("electronics") may be understood simply as "electronic device", not as a proper name. Like the first B6-02 had inscription "Электронные" (adjective "electronic") on the case back.

Glad to have you back in the conversation, Surok55.

Good to know that "НЕРЖАВЕЮЩАЯ СТАЛЬ" is the traditional usage by the industry.

There were some remaining questions about dial printing resolution and if the small details (top logo and patterning near the screen) of the following renders were possible to produce:

The other option was a recolor of the existing dials.

Completely agree. I like "НЕРЖАВЕЮЩАЯ СТАЛЬ" because this was written on old Soviet watches and I never seen "Стальные" or something like that.
