You can think of "стальные" as a part of the name of that watch. There are 55Б and 55Д names/codes, so let this be 55С -- where C stands for СТАЛЬНЫЕ

As to belorussian language, I also never herd a word while been in Minsk and only texts in belorussion were street signs, park signs, museum labels (for example, labels in stone/rock museum park) and car parking payment instructions.

The purpose of the project is to get some unique product, not just old soviet watch, isn't it?

    Stubbornly, I am for....СТАЛЬНЫЕ!

It is different. It is unique. Sounds short and powerful.

Maybe even like this, with punctuation:

    СТАЛЬНЫЕ!

What do you think about that?

Considering Surok55 works for Technochas, I'm going to trust their translation.

Personally, I think the purpose of the project IS to get some "just old Soviet watch", but with colors unique to watchuseek to represent that it's a forum project watch and the added bonus that it will be in a full stainless steel case and not have problems with a chrome finish pitting through years of wear. It's the little things that will make it unique.

So the only real usage of this language is street signs and stop announcements in public transport. On the other side, i've never studied Belorussian or Ukranian, but understand this languages well

By the way, "Электроника" ("electronics") may be understood simply as "electronic device", not as a proper name. Like the first B6-02 had inscription "Электронные" (adjective "electronic") on the case back.
Did you see the discussion of the "stainless steel" text on the Watch.ru forum Surok?

Also, I would love to know more info about the dial printing and if there can be small details like the squares/lines between the LCD and gray border.

Translation of what? Discussion wasn't about translation, because translation is quite straitforward.
    Stainless steel = нержаввеющая сталь
Stainless steel case = корпус из нержавеющей стали
First stainless steel case = первый корпус из нержавеющей стали
    and so on.
